Dear Breeders and Fellow Rattery mothers and fathers:
I greatly appreciate all of the support and opportunity I have been given by established ratteries, and have just celebrated my second year as a breeder. All of you know how personally we take our ratties' welfare, and how important their safety and well being is to us.
I try to give responsible young breeders opportunity to get to know me, know the local fancy and enthusiasts, and even occasionally foster a litter before I will adopt out to them with a breeding contract.
It is Family Affair Rattery's policy to extend breeding contracts only to ratteries that are firmly established and in good standing with C.A.R.E. rat club. If you are a new breeder it is not that I don't think you will be wonderful and responsible, but I need to know you for awhile. Thanks for your understanding.

If interested, contact us to get on a waiting list. F.A.R. always gets p.o.l. Adoption fees are really just a donation to offset the six two plus months of extra care and special enrichment that the mamas get during pregnancy and until they wean their babies. I request a donation of $25 standard ear, $30. dumbo ear. These fees/donations help to cover the cost of cages, high quality food and and health maintenance. Occasionally different fees are requested, as posted. Happy Ratties!
